“This route is called the Long John Dunn Route and it was named after a Taos local. It’s a bikerafting route that covers old switch back canyon roads, a 4 mile float along the rio grande, takes out at the Manby hot springs, a 1.5 mile uphill bike push and 6 miles of connecting dirt roads.

Big horn sheep are everywhere along the way and I got into a few stand offs with a few. The longest stand off was approximately 15 minutes. I have another trip coming up this weekend to the chama and I will send pics on Monday. The gear is incredible and has stood up to everything thus far.” — Andrew Duran
